GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE STORE

1. A sender who is a natural person may use the Store provided that he or she has full legal capacity.

2. The Seller is not liable for any damage caused by the Buyer providing incorrect data in the Store's registration form. The data provided by the Buyer may not violate the provisions of applicable law or personal rights and rights of third parties.

3. The Store User is obliged not to disclose his login and password to the Store to third parties.

4. The Buyer's use of any materials and components of the Store other than materials (logos, graphic elements, Store compositions) is prohibited except with the written consent of the Seller.

PLACING ORDERS, PROCESSING, CONCLUDING CONTRACTS

1. Before placing an order, the buyer places the product he/she intends to purchase in the virtual basket. The virtual basket is a tool that allows the Buyer to organize selected goods, calculate their value and services before purchasing them. When selecting goods, the Buyer can freely manage the contents of the basket by adding and removing goods.

2. After the final selection of goods for purchase in the Store, the Buyer is directed to the online form used to place an order in the Store. The order form is used to specify:

delivery method

how to make payments

3. By making a purchase in the Store, the Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data by the Seller only for promotional and informational purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

4. If the Seller finds during the verification of the order that it has been placed incorrectly, the Buyer will be informed about it.

5. The Seller may process and provide advice by phone or e-mail. After placing this type of order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

6. After placing a correct order, the Seller immediately sends information about the acceptance of the order, transport costs and information regarding the expected delivery time to the e-mail address provided when placing the order or during registration in the Store. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends the information to the Buyer about acceptance of the order.

7. Orders are processed within 3-5 days after placing the order

PAYMENTS, PAYMENT, PRICES

1. Payments for goods purchased in the Store by the Buyer (price and delivery costs) are made using payment tools available in the Store or on the terms specified by the seller. Among other things, the Buyer has the option of paying: at the company's headquarters, by transfer to a bank account, the execution will start after the wedding, the money will be credited - in cash to the person delivering the order.

2. The execution of the order begins when:

in the case of pre-paid orders, when the funds are credited to the account.

in the case of cash on delivery orders, upon confirmation of personal data.

3. All prices in the Store are gross prices including VAT. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the buyer. In the case of company transport, costs are determined individually.

4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery takes place to the address indicated by the Buyer after several days' prior information. Delivery costs are provided to the Buyer when placing the order - by phone or e-mail. The order placed by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of the applicable delivery costs.

2. If the Seller cannot fulfill the service due to the Customer's fault, and in particular in the event of unjustified refusal to accept the order, providing an incorrect address or postal code, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer with the costs of transporting the delivery.

3. If it is not possible to complete the shipment in accordance with the order placed due to the lack of any of the ordered products, the shipment will be sent individually without the missing products. Each time in such a case, the Buyer will be informed by phone.

4. The buyer should check the condition of the goods after delivery in the presence of the fulfilling entity to make sure the shipment does not have any mechanical damage. In the event of such damage, on the day of delivery, a damage report must be written in the presence of the entity executing the damage and sent by e-mail to the company's address.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. Personal data of Buyers who are natural persons will be processed by the Seller as the personal data administrator in order to provide services by the Seller, as well as for marketing purposes related to the operation of the Seller's enterprise, including the Store, as well as regarding services and goodspresented in the Store. The processing of the collected data will take place in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002. on the provision of services by electronic means. Providing your personal data by the Buyer is voluntary.

2. Personal data of Buyers may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities.

3. The Seller ensures that Buyers whose personal data are processed exercise the rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access and correct their own personal data and the right to control the processing of their own personal data on the terms described in the said Act.

4. As part of the right to control the processing of their own personal data, the Buyer has in particular the right to submit a written, substantiated request to discontinue the processing of his or her data due to his or her special situation, as well as to object to the processing of his or her data if the Seller intends to process it in marketing purposes or the Seller's transfer of the Buyer's personal data to a data administrator other than the Seller.

5. Confidential information regarding Buyers, including Buyers' personal data, is protected by the Seller against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information by using appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1. The Buyer has the full right to submit complaints to the Seller regarding the purchased goods.

2. Complaints should be submitted electronically and in writing to the Seller's address. A correct complaint should include:

name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Sender

the date of conclusion of the contract constituting the basis for the complaint

the subject of the complaint, indicating the Sender's request

all circumstances justifying the complaint

photo of the damaged part of the item

receipt or invoice confirming the purchase

3. The Buyer will be informed about the resolution of the complaint via e-mail or telephone within 14 days.

RETURNS

1. The buyer has the full right to return the purchased standard goods in accordance with applicable law (Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014).

2. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in the Act. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.

3. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated Product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs.

4. Products for which an additional fee is charged due to changes in dimensions, additional elements, change of handles, color selection, etc. are treated as non-standard items.

FINAL SUMMARY

1. The Seller reserves the right to change the provisions of the Regulations. The change comes into force upon publication of the amended Regulations on the Store's website. The change to the Regulations does not apply to Agreements concluded before the new Regulations enter into force.

2. If the Agreement is concluded after the amended Regulations have entered into force, the Buyer will be asked to accept the new Regulations.

3. In all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, as well as the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage. by a dangerous product. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved by the competent common court.

4. These Regulations enter into force on January 11, 2024
